Post-Care Instructions for Soprano Titanium Laser Hair Removal

Thank you for choosing Elite Women’s Care for your laser hair removal treatment! To achieve the best results and minimize side effects, please follow these post-care instructions carefully.

Immediately After Treatment:

  • Mild Redness or Warmth is Normal: Temporary redness, slight swelling, or a warm sensation in the treated area may occur and typically subsides within a few hours.
  • Use a Cool Compress: If needed, apply a cool (not ice-cold) compress or aloe vera gel to soothe the skin.
  • No Hot Water: Avoid hot showers, saunas, or steam rooms for at least 24–48 hours.
  • Do Not Touch or Scratch: Refrain from rubbing, scratching, or picking at the treated area to prevent irritation.

First 24–48 Hours:

  • Avoid Sun Exposure: Protect your skin from direct sunlight and always apply SPF 30+ sunscreen to prevent hyperpigmentation.
  • No Harsh Skincare Products: Avoid using perfumes, deodorants (if underarms were treated), scrubs, retinoids, glycolic acid, or other active ingredients on the treated area.
  • No Intense Workouts: Avoid excessive sweating from activities like heavy exercise, hot yoga, or steam rooms.
  • Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water to support skin healing.

First Week & Ongoing Maintenance:

  • Gentle Exfoliation: Around 5–7 days after treatment, gently exfoliate the area to help shed treated hairs, which may appear as “stubble” before falling out.
  • Hairs Will Shed Gradually: Treated hairs will fall out over the next 2–3 weeks. Do not pluck or wax them—only shaving is allowed between sessions.
  • No Waxing, Tweezing, or Threading: These methods remove the hair follicle, which can interfere with your laser treatment.
  • Use Sunscreen Daily: Sun protection is essential to prevent pigmentation changes and maintain results.
