1 hour long wait time on Wednesday. They said it's slow on Wed and Thurs. If my appointment is at 10am I expect to be seen by 10:15

Dr.Orhan is a great doctor and I would recommend her to any one in need of a great ob/gyn! She always goes above and beyond with patient care and does an amazing job explaining everything. She is very thorough, takes her time, and always answers all of my concerns!

Jessica's is truly the greatest, her professionalism and expertise were immediately evident, as she took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly addressed each one. Her knowledge and understanding of healthcare were truly impressive, and she explained everything in a clear and compassionate manner. Not only did Jessica provide excellent medical care, but she also demonstrated genuine empathy and kindness throughout the entire appointment. I left feeling confident in her treatment plan and grateful to have such a dedicated healthcare provider. It was my 18 yr daughter 1st time. She made her feel safe and comfortable. She has a wonderful bedside manner. Especially with a teenager. I would recommend her to anyone.

I like the doctors, but not the long waits. We’re all working people and have take time off for the appointment and spending 1-3hours on just waiting it’s not good customer service. I have waited 1 hour just to get in, then another 1.5h waiting inside naked in cold room when I asked where is the doctor after 55 minutes I was told they off to lunch because they didn’t have time before me. Then why let me in and leave me alone in the room? Question to nurses. After doctor came it was 10 minutes appointment. So for 10 minutes I had to wait almost 3 hours? With other practices I was always on time for my appointments, no waits, max 10 min after nurse will check you in, and no other people for the same time for the same doctor. I saw a lot of feedbacks on this problem but I don’t see Elite Women’s Care is doing something to resolve it.

She was one of my doctors throughout my pregnancy and I was lucky that she was on call the day I gave birth to my baby. She is the best.

Receptionist was very nice. There was problem with Medicare card and she handled it well.
Loved Dr.Orhan as always. Thorough and kind.
